Last weekend we ventured out to the pumpkin patch! Last year we went to a pumpkin patch in Lawrence with my mom and dad, and it was awesome!! I loved how we went out in huge fields to actually pick out pumpkins! There were some great ones, and not so great ones! It was just a great experience!! This year we decided to do the same. We met grandma and grandpa Shaver in Lawrence for breakfast then headed to the pumpkin patch. It was a pretty chilly Saturday morning, but made it feel more like fall!!
Looking at this picture reminds me that a lot is about to change for our little family of 3. I can't believe that in 20 weeks we will be adding a baby brother or sister (we find out in 10 days--
woohoo) to our family.

To start, we had to take tractor ride out to the fields. Dylan loved being squeezed between grandma and grandpa!

Once we got out there we started our search for the perfect pumpkins. Dylan only wanted a small one that he could carry. We looked at a lot of pumpkins. Seth was in charge of looking at them. The stems are a little
spiky and they hurt my hands!!

Just too cute for words!

I love this picture. My two favorite guys just
walking and
talking. That little boy sure does love his daddy.

I just love the family picture at the pumpkin patch of you three!! It's weird to think that it won't be long and we both will be a family of FOUR!
