30 by 30

OK, I am really putting myself out there with this. I will either be very proud of myself or regret ever posting this...

I turn 30 August 8, so a little less than 4 months and by my 30th birthday I want to lose 30 pounds. I can count on both hands (and probably both feet) the number of times I've said I'm going to lose weight, I'm tired of feeling like this, I think I'll start eating better, start walking in the evening...and never have stuck to it. Sure there have been a few times I've stuck to it. Before my wedding I lose 30 pounds or so. After Dylan I maybe lost 15-2o pounds, but I've gained it all back and then some. I'm tired of blaming it on being too busy, having 2 kids...I need to just do something about it!
So, here I am. Putting it out there for you all to see. I figured if I tell you about it then I will feel more accountable. I am going to blog every week about my progress. Tell you how much I've lost and how I am feeling. I will keep it short and sweet. You don't even have to read it, I will just pretend in my head that thousands (ha ha) are reading it each week so I HAVE to stick to it or it would be embarrassing!! Plus, I am wanting my dear husband to throw a little 30th birthday party for me (Ash and mom, that means you need to help him!!) and how AMAZING would it be to be 30 pounds lighter!! But, most importantly I will feel better. I will be able to enjoy life just a little more..and I have some pretty awesome people to enjoy life with!!

So, it starts now. I am going to eat better, not snack as much and try and get out there and walk a few times a week.

YOU CAN DO IT! You are beautiful just the way you are, but I totally understand! I am turning 30in June...ugh! Let's make our thirties the healthiest years of our lives.....I'm game if you are! I love you and you are so beautiful so just remember that if you do this it is for you and no-one else! I'm behind you 100%!!!! Good luck to you my dear!

Man you are old! :) lol jk! I need the motivation too!! Let's work on that at work!! The snacking is the hard part and I think even if you walk 30 minutes 3-4 times a week that's a start!!! This summer we are sticking to our goal and walking like we said we were last summer. I promise I won't get pregnant again and be sick! :)
