Potwin Pottery

Dylan LOVES going to Potwin Pottery. He always asks to go to "the painting store". This time he wanted to make something for daddy to take to work. I'm not sure where Seth is going to put it at work...maybe in the hotel room he's staying in that week!! Last time we went he made Grandma and Grandpa Shaver something...a soccer ball for Grandma and a dinosaur for Grandpa!!
This time we made Aunt Ashley a cup to put pens in at work. It is a nice shade of yellow with hints of brown, green, and blue! I always let Dylan pick out his own colors. It makes it very interesting! He also decided to make a pumpkin for him and daddy. They will put their candy in it on Halloween Day! If I wouldn't have done a little convincing, it would have been a blue pumpkin!! It started out orange, but when he realized he still had brown, blue, and green paint out he had to add some!

It will be a pumpkin that I will treasure every year when October rolls around!
